CREATING A PRODUCT/BRAND FOR YOU
In the food service catering sector there are many people producing pizza bases, so in order to stand out from the crowd it’s important to create products that are really high quality.
The process we use to make pizza dough's is more time-consuming than many use; a slow fermentation of at least 24 hours is key to the taste and the keeping of the product, and we use very little yeast and very little salt. However, it produces a great-tasting pizza.

DISTRIBUTORS AND LOCAL DELIVERY BY OURSELVES
We sell our products through a handful of national distributors – When you contact us we will discuss with you what the options are and put you in contact with the appropriate sales team.
Local delivery – we offer a local Nottinghamshire delivery which goes out Wednesdays and Thursdays.
