As a supplier of pizza and pasta solutions for Schools, Universities and Contract Caterers, we are passionate about the health qualities of our food.

Fresh Gusto pasta sauces are produced using no artificial additives or thickeners of any kind. All the flavours are light and fresh due to the artisan process and quality of ingredients used. The only method of presertvation we use is freezing, so they are available in two formats; Fresh in 3kg tubs and frozen in 4 x1.5 kg trays.

Pizza is always a favourite in Schools and students are becoming ever more discerning. The trend has shown to be more demand for a quality stone baked pizza where the flavour is in the base and not just the topping.

Our hand made pizza bases are twice leavened, stone baked for flavour and then frozen. The emphasis is on creating a healthy pizza with fibre but still having that traditional stone baked taste. The ingredients are impressive, wheatgerm and semolina are added to our own specification of flours, together with extra vigin olive oil.
